What ingredients are in your products?
We pride ourselves in using natural key ingredients in our products. The full ingredient list for each of our products can be found on the product page under the "Ingredients" tab.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
As a safety measure during the pandemic, items cannot be exchanged at this time. If you receive the wrong item or a defective item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
Are gift cards available for purchase?

How do I update or cancel my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment including major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo. All of the payments we accept are listed in the footer at the bottom of all pages on the website.
Do you do custom orders?

Can I shop your products in person?
Journee Naturelle products are currently offered exclusively online. Subscribe to our email list to be notified of special in-person vendor and pop-up events.
I am experiencing an allergic reaction.
If you believe one of our products is causing you to experience an allergic reaction, discontinue using it immediately and contact a medical professional.
Do you ship internationally?

My package shows it has been delivered, but I have not received it.
